At Muscle FX, we don’t focus on relaxation massage. Instead, we specialize in advanced techniques—RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (RAPID NFR) and NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT)—that target the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Our treatments are designed to restore movement, improve performance, and get you back to doing what you love.


RAPID NFR is a neurologically based manual therapy that works directly with the nervous system to reduce pain, release tension, and restore function. It helps the body “reset” by addressing adhesions, scar tissue, and restrictions in the fascia and muscles.


NKT is a corrective movement system that uses muscle testing to identify dysfunctional movement patterns in the body. By finding the root cause of pain or compensation, NKT retrains the brain and body to work together correctly, creating lasting results.


While deep tissue and sports massage focus on muscle relaxation, RAPID NFR and NKT target the underlying cause of dysfunction. Instead of just treating symptoms, we work to correct imbalances in the nervous and muscular systems for long-term relief and better performance.

Absolutely. While athletes benefit from our treatments, we also help active adults, professionals, and anyone dealing with pain, stiffness, or limited movement.


You may feel some temporary discomfort during treatment, especially when working through restrictions or adhesions. However, most clients describe it as “intense but tolerable,” and many notice relief even during the session.


Sessions are usually 30–60 minutes, depending on your needs and the area being treated.


This varies from person to person. Some clients feel significant improvement in just 1–2 sessions, while others may benefit from a short treatment plan to fully resolve their pain or dysfunction.


Wear comfortable, athletic-style clothing that allows you to move freely. Gym shorts, leggings, and t-shirts are perfect.


No, we don’t use oils or lotions. Our work involves movement and hands-on techniques that don’t require them.


It’s common to feel a little sore or tired after treatment, similar to how you might feel after a good workout. This typically resolves within 24–48 hours as your body adjusts.


We commonly work with chronic pain, headaches, low back pain, shoulder issues, hip pain, knee problems, TMJ dysfunction, surgical scars, tendonitis, repetitive strain injuries, sports-related injuries and more.


Yes, depending on your stage of healing. We always adapt treatment to your condition and can work alongside your rehabilitation plan.

We do not bill insurance directly, but many clients use HSA or FSA cards for treatment.


We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Our clinic is located at 1124 N Tennessee St, Suite 225, Cartersvill, GA. We’re on the second floor. Free parking is available on-site for clients.
